The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive bids and technical proposals for Design-Build services for the State Road 207 Water Main Extension - Phase 1 project. The scope of work for this project shall include providing all Design-Build services consisting of professional engineering and contractor services to complete the design, permitting, and construction of approximately 18,760 LF of 24" water main. The project shall include but not be limited to final design drawings and permitting services, installation of the water main and ancillary work, testing, restoration, and project documentation such as as-built drawings. St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County. *This project is on hold due to the public health crisis. A new timeline has not been established.
