St. Johns County is soliciting a quote from qualified Suppliers to repair the stormwater drainage infrastructure and geomembrane cap at the closed Tillman Ridge Phase II landfill located in 3005 Allen Nease Road, Elkton, Florida in accordance with the specifications provided. Any and all questions related to this project shall be directed, in writing, to Bryan Matus, Senior Procurement Coordinator at bmatus@sjcfl.us. Questions are due no later than four o'clock (4:00PM EST) on Monday, January 29, 2024, so that any necessary addenda may be issued in a timely manner. Any questions received after the above deadline will not be answered unless previously approved by the SJC Purchasing Manager or other designated County Representative. St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County.
