Renovation of a retail development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) is soliciting qualifications for this RFB for the North Hall Interior Escalators and Stair project to identify qualified professionals to receive consideration of a contract to provide procurement and construction services. All requests and/or questions regarding the bid are to be directed to Miller & Ham Project Development by e-mail at admin@millerpmlv.com or by phone at 702-892-2881. Communication between a Bidder and any member of the Board of Directors of the Authority or between a non-designated Authority representative regarding the selection of a proponent or award of this Bid is prohibited from the time the Invitation to Bidders is advertised until the posting of the agenda for Bid award Questions pertaining to this Invitation to Bidders shall be addressed to the Authority representative specified on the Invitation to Bidders. Failure of a Bidder, or any of its representatives, to comply with this paragraph may result in their Bid being rejected. Question Deadline 08/08/2025 A request for information (RFI) or interpretation should be in writing and addressed to the designated purchasing contact on the Invitation to Bid (IFB). To be given consideration, requests must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids
