CR Number: 2124549 Nassau Community College ("College" or "NCC) is requesting bids from qualified Contractors for Mechanical Ventilation Improvements at the Bookstore, Greenhouse and Bradley Hall Buildings. The project entails the installation of a new mechanical heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system. The work will comprise of the removal of existing mechanical equipment, and the installation of new systems as shown on the design documents. Work shall include all Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural services. Bids must be signed in ink and received at the above address on or before the bid opening date and time. Bid envelope must reference the Name and Address of Bidder, Bid Number, Title, and Bid Opening Date and Time. Bids received after the bid submission due date and time shall be rejected without exception. The College reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Contract term: 13 months from NTP to completion Prospective bidders must request in writing such interpretation and the Procurement Office will provide responses in writing, as appropriate.
