The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Construct Lab Addition to Animal Health Diagnostic Center and Reno/Construct Partial Schurman Hall and Digester Supporting Facilities project at the New York State College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University. The Animal Health Diagnostic Center (AHDC), constructed in 2007, is an 82,686 GSF, three- story building utilized statewide for infectious disease testing that is in good condition but is over capacity, requiring an expansion. Neighboring Schurman Hall, constructed in 1957, is a 102,215 GSF, three-story building that houses several AHDC-related functions and is in poor condition. The Waste Management Facility, constructed in 2010, is a 4,200 GSF, two-story facility, which is near the AHDC and Schurman Hall and houses digester equipment that is at the end of its useful life and requires replacement.
