Site work for a road / highway in Gardnerville, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
**As of August 6th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded Tonight.** The project consists of furnishing and installing approximately 400,000 square feet of LMCQS Type Two Slurry Seal and 350,000 square feet of LMCRS-2HR Chip Seal per the Standard Specifications of Public Works Construction 200.03.06 and 337.07 including traffic control and notification as well as Mastic Crack filling 10,000 linear feet and repainting all roadway markings and red curb painting. The contractor shall repaint all signposts and frames within the project limits. All other items per the approved plans and specifications. Estimated cost is $400,000 and is expected to exceed the prevailing wage threshold. The state labor commission has assigned Public Works project number DO-2025-386 to this project. Work shall begin no later than September 15th and must be completed within 21 calendar days. The Town of Gardnerville reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, received pursuant to this invitation.
