Iowa County is accepting Sealed Bids for provision of materials, construction, erection, and installation of an Impound Yard Perimeter Security Fence at the Iowa County Highway Department Dodgeville Main Shop Facility site located at 1215 N. BeQuette Street; Dodgeville, Wisconsin 53533. This project will consist of removal and installation of a property line perimeter chain link fabric security fence between the Highway Shop and Law Enforcement Center Facilities. The work to be performed is illustrated and depicted on the drawings included herein and these special provisions. In general, the work will include Removal of the existing 6-foot to 8-foot variable height chain link security fence Placement of a new 6-fiit height chain link fabric security fence. Provision of all materials and installation of the new security fence. The work shall be complete including fence, fabric, posts, mesh, barb wire, concrete, and all other miscellaneous work or materials to provide a viable functioning unit at the location as depicted. Work will include placing post bases, erecting post uprights, placement of fencing, tensioning of all materials, stringing tension wire, installing top rails, along with other incidental items as deemed necessary and depicted. Contract services shall include but not be limited to the following items of work: removal of asphalt and subsoils as determined necessary; placement of concrete post base supports; construction, erection, fabrication, and installation of all necessary work, materials, products, labor, equipment, and other incidentals as necessary to complete the work as depicted on the drawings and stated herein for installation of a new privacy slat 6-foot height with 3-barb wire security top commercial/industrial quality chain link fence.
