New construction of a mixed-use development in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a recreation facility.
The scope of work includes the construction of the softball stadium and expanding the walkways around the existing restroom into a plaza that connects the stadium and the restroom. This will also include the food truck parking area and electrical hook ups. Two alternate bids are included in this package, one being a press box in the stadium and the other being a canopy that covers the restroom and stadium seating, and other work indicated in the contract documents. Also, use as the products for Work indicated under sections 087100 (door locks), and for related Work indicated on the Drawings, Best cores (locks). Substantial Completion: 210 days consecutive calendar days from the date of receipt of written Notice to Proceed. Final Completion: 30 days following Substantial Completion.
