Renovation of a military facility in Marietta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to replace generators at multiple facilities across Dobbins Air Reserve Base. The scope includes demolition of existing systems and installation of new generators, transfer switches, three-way switches, load bank connections, surge protection, and manual transfer switches. Work is organized under two projects: FGWB 23-0002 covering buildings 828, 2012, 2125, and 2313; and FGWB 25-0011 covering buildings 550, 1001, 2300, and 2021. Each building has specific requirements detailed in attached specifications and drawings. The contract is firm fixed price and includes optional line items that may be exercised by the Government on or before January 5, 2026. The contractor must commence work within 10 calendar days of notice to proceed and complete all work within 365 calendar days.
