Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or cashier's check in the amount of a sum no less than five (5) percent ofthe Bid Price but not more than $10,000.00. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, bidder's license number, address and name of the project. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of sixty (60) days after submission.
