The City of Riverside (City) is seeking a qualified entity or individual (Consultant) to develop the 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) in accordance with the Urban Water Management Planning Act and the 2025 UWMP Guidebook for Urban Water Suppliers. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The City may reject any/or all Proposals and may waive any immaterial deviation in a Proposal. The City s waiver of an immaterial defect shall in no way modify this RFP
