Preble County Courthouse Reroofing Project. Completion Date of This Project is December 31. 2025 Project Must Use Prevailing State Wage Rates That Are Included With Bid Packet. Each bid must be accompanied by cashier's check or certified check issued by a responsible bank or trust company and payable to the order ofthe Preble County Commissioners or by a bid bond acknowledged by the bidder, as principal, and by a surety company qualified to do business in the State ofOhio and satisfactory to the owner, as surety. The cashier's check or certified check shall be in the sum often (10%) percent ofthe bid. The bid bond shall be in the sum of 100% ofthe bid, which includes the total ofthe base bid and any alternates, as per ORC requirements.
