**As of October 17, 2025, the project was awarded to Acadia but the awarded amount is not available.** Denton County, State of Texas, will receive bids for the construction of Utility Improvements for Green Meadows Tracts 7 & 8 Phase. All questions regarding bidding and the submission of bids shall be directed to Zach Seider at zach.seider@spiarsengineering.com. The improvements generally to be made include: water, sanitary sewer, and drainage infrastructure and associated improvements, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work necessary to construct all improvements shown in the construction plans. Any bids coming after that date and time, unless the MUD extends the date and time for all bidders, will be rejected. Tri Pointe Homes DFW, LLC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all informalities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date bids are opened.
