With a total awarded bid amount of $197,721.53.** The Lake Dallas Independent School District will accept Request for Proposals (RFPs) for Lake Dallas ISD Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Services at the LDISD Central Services Bldg. Question Deadline 07/31/2025 at 4:00 PM CT Contract #1: The purpose of the scope of work and specifications contained herein are to define the requirements of the successful Contractor that will provide complete Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning service and prevenative maintenance and other related services to the Lake Dallas Independent School District. It is the responsibility of the contractor is to professionally provide services for the equipment referenced as "Equipment Covered'' to Lake Dallas Independent School District (henceforth referred to as Lake Dallas ISD, LDISD, or the district). Planned Maintenance coverage can provide early detection of adverse operating conditions to avoid costly equipment failures services. The safety of students and staff must always be of prime importance. These specifications are written with the minimum expectations for the maintenance services. The successful Contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and frequency of service necessary to meet the districts expectations of HVAC maintenance. The contractor agrees to enter and document all service work and preventative maintenance into the district's designated work order system for accountability and invoicing purposes. It is the district's intent to award this proposal to multiple Contractors. Contract #2: The Controls Contractor will maintain and support the district's Building Automation System (BAS) currently in place. This is a Niagara Tridium BAS system. Specific support services may include accessing the system remotely to aid with scheduling, monitoring of alarms, software upgrades and renewals and providing reports. Additionally, repair/replacement of any peripheral equipment and cabling for a fully functional system as needed. Respondents are cautioned to read this request for proposal carefully, to include all required information and submit all documentation requested. Failing to do so may be considered non-responsive and result in non-consideration of the proposal.
