The Lake Dallas Independent School District will accept Request for Proposals (RFPs) for Lake Dallas ISD Flooring Installation Services at the LDISD Central Services Bldg The purpose of the scope of work and specifications contained herein are to define the requirements of the successful Contractor that will provide complete floor installation of all academic spaces at Lake Dallas Elementary and Shady Shores Elementary. It is the responsibility of the contractor to provide Lake Dallas Independent School District (henceforth referred to as Lake Dallas ISD, LDISD, or the District) with professionally installed LVT and carpet based on the floorplans of each campus. The primary areas of service will be all classrooms, hallways, cafeteria, restrooms, and library. The safety of students and staff must always be of prime importance. These specifications are written with the minimum expectations for the maintenance services. The successful Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment. Respondents are cautioned to read this request for proposal carefully, to include all required information and submit all documentation requested. Failing to do so may be considered non-responsive and result in non-consideration of the proposal. Respondents are asked to submit three copies of their proposal.
