Reference Number 0000393352 The State of Colorado, Department of Corrections (CDOC), is soliciting the submittal of qualifications from firms to provide Architectural/Engineering services for fire protection system replacement for Denver Reception and Diagnostic Center (DRDC) Project Description This fire protection replacement project consists of a full fire alarm system replacement throughout all buildings, complete with new fire alarm control panels, initiating devices, occupant notification and fire sprinkler interface; a full fire suppression system replacement including incoming water service flange, backflow devices, piping, valves, sprinkler heads, hangars, etc. Close coordination with the local fire and life safety jurisdiction is required. This project also includes addressing all deficiencies associated with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations and code compliance. Questions and requests for clarifications regarding this project shall be submitted before the deadline listed in the above Schedule. Communication regarding the project during the procurement, outside of this submission process or scheduled procurement milestones is not permitted.
