DESCRIPTION The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA,) Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM,) at 425 I Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001 is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for a Design-Bid-Build Construction Project for the Fort Logan National Cemetery, Phase 1B Expansion (Dams/Spillways) under solicitation number 36C10F25B0001. The Contracting Officer and point of contact for this solicitation is Rachel Beason, E-mail Rachel.Beason@va.gov. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. See attached for full Pre-Solicitation Notice. Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the construction magnitude for this requirement is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. CFM anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract with an approximate project duration will be 730 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
