Reference Number 0000393366 Bid Intent Not Available Job Location City Wide Provide and install rubberized crack sealing and mastic aggregated crack filling on City streets, to include all incidentals such as traffic control, public notifications, crack cleaning and preperations, project documnetation and post work street sweeping Anticipated start time for this project is early to mid-August, weather permitting. Work for the entire project, including clean-up, shall be completed within seventy (70) working days (unless otherwise agreed upon by the City and Contractor) after the date set forth in the Notice(s) to Proceed, not including bad weather days and City of Sheridan accepted holidays. The Contractor shall commence work on or before the 5th calendar day following the issuance of the Notice(s) to Proceed. Work for the entire project must be completed by October 30, 2025. The contractor shall submit a schedule for each project listed in the Schedule of Values. This contract may be renewed annually for up to three (3) additional one-year periods if mutually agreed upon by the City and the Contractor. Pricing and specifications changes, if any, shall be negotiated by and agreed upon by both parties. Renewal pricing must be submitted sixty days (60) prior to the original Contract expiration date.
