Question Deadline 08/04/2025 at 12:00 PM ET SOPE OF WORK The City of Tallahassee (City) is seeking a Contractor that will provide labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, skills, supervision and necessary tools and equipment to construct Men and Women Restrooms at the City of Tallahassee Tree Farm Facility, 1840 Blair Stone Rd. Tallahassee, FL 32301 The Restrooms will be Americans with Disability Accessible (ADA), with a men, women and unisex facility. The City expects to make a single award to a responsible and responsive contractor. See attachments for greater specifications and detail. The City expects this Project will take no more than ninety (90) days to complete, and as a result the contract is for one-year (1) year with no renewals. As a result, it is imperative the awarded firm satisfy or meet the following minimum requirements: a. Registered or Certified Building Contractor and be registered with the Department of Business and Professional Regulations and maintain the license duration of the Contract. b. Have been operating or in business for no less than five (5) years. c. Completed a similar project in size, scope, and nature in the last five (5) years. Failure to satisfy or meet the foregoing minimum requirements may result in disqualification or ineligibility for award. The Contractor shall have the capability to perform and complete the services in all respects in accordance with the solicitation documents. The Contractor here by warrants that all services will be performed in a timely and professional manner.
