The Project includes the following Work: •City of Rexburg Idaho - Riverside Lift Station and Gravity Sewer This project involves the construction of The Riverside Lift Station, Gravity Sewer, and demolition of the existing Valley River Lift Station, which includes, electrical controls, switchgear, stand-by generator, pumps, piping, valves, odor control system, site work, sewer line, termination of power to existing lift station, site grading, paving, manholes, roadwork, taxes, permits, and SCADA controls connected with other lift stations and the City’s infrastructure. Instructions to Bidders For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier’s check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
