Laguna Library Addition and Remodel Every request for an interpretation shall be made in writing and any inquiry received after the established cut of date and time(August 6, 2025 @4:00 PM) will not receive consideration. Submit question to lagunalibrary@wilsonco.com WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSAL The Proposal may be withdrawn on written a request by the Contractor in the normal course of business prior to the notification of acceptance. Negligence on the part of the Contractor in preparing his bid confers no right of withdrawal or modification of the proposal after acceptance is provided. The Performance bond must be in a sum of 100% of the full amount of the contract award, in the form included in the specifications. This secures the faithful performance of the contract, and for the payment of all persons, firms and corporations to whom the contractor may become legally indebted for labor, materials, tools, equipment, or services, of any nature, employed or used by him in performing the work. Such bond shall bear the same date as or a date subsequent to, the date of the Contract. The Project includes new building addition and alterations to existing site and existing building as indicated in the Contract Documents.
