The job walk will last approximately 2 hours. Attendance will be taken at the beginning of the conference. Proposals from Vendors who do not attend the mandatory pre-proposal on-site job walk will have their proposals rejected. The pre-proposal job walk will begin at the designated start time. Interested firms will have an opportunity to submit questions regarding the requirements outlined in this RFP ahead of time if they desire. In order to make the meeting more effective for all participants, attendees should read the entire RFP thoroughly prior to the meeting. Substantial clarifications or changes required as a result of the meeting will be issued in the form of a written addendum to the RFP. A list of attendees will be distributed upon request. Vendor attendance is required. Said proposals will be evaluated and results will be made public after completion of the negotiation process with the selected consultant. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposal or in the proposal process.
