Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Hillsboro, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The bidder is responsible for examining and evaluating the existing conditions of the properties. The bidder is also responsible for providing all tools and equipment required for the performance of the work at the bidder's expense. All work performed for the projects shall comply with the Demolition Procedures and Specifications provided in Exhibit 1. All work is to be completed, and documentation submitted to the HCLRC by 4:00 PM on Friday, September 19, 2025. Pursuant to this RFP, the "Work" shall include, and the successful bidder shall provide all site clearing, demolition of structures, removal of demolition debris (including basements unless stated otherwise), site filling/grading, and seeding/strawing for the successful completion of each project. High St, Hillsboro, OH 45133 - Parcel # 25-52-001-047.00 Bid Package Y-3 awarded to B. Vance Excavating: 1. 727 S. High St, Hillsboro, OH 45133 - Parcel # 25-52-001-009.00
