The Project consists of the following work: The purchase and installation of a standby diesel engine generator set and all accessories including remote annunciator and connections to existing SCADA system. Project includes electrical modifications as shown on the plans. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. There will not be a Pre-Bid Conference for this project. The City of South Fulton is an Equal Opportunity Employer. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Abid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of the City of South Fulton. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
