Mount Carmel Street Paving Project - FY26 The Town of Mount Carmel reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informality. Anticipated Award August 28, 2025 Bid Submission Note- Bids shall be clearly marked and identified on the exterior of the sealed envelope with all the information required by law, including the name of the project, "MOUNT CARMEL STREET PAVING PROJECT - FY2 6", the bidder's name, address, license number, expiration date and classification. All areas to be paved must be clipped, cleaned, debris removed, and a minimum of one-half ( 1/2 ) inch C leveling mix, and one (1) inch E surface mix, be applied. Virgin or RAP materials are to be used Walnut Street 1540' by 20' D mix, striping Holston Drive 700' by 14' Seven Oaks Dr Cul-De-Sac W. Ellis Ln (242 Ellis to Hammond Ave) 1942' by 18' Hammond Ave. (City Limit to 1304) 245' by 17' D mix; striping, remove and install reflectors Hammond Ave at 1118 Hammond 166' by 18' D mix; striping, remove and install reflectors Independence 1047 to east of 1212 1464' by 20' D mix; striping, remove and install reflectors Aspen Court 952' by 24' Valley Crest 165-188 662' by 25' Please contact Jason Salyer at 423-276-6746 with specific questions.
