Bids must be sealed and marked on the outside "MOUNT CARMEL FIRE & POLICE STATION PARKING LOT PAVING" along with the other language required. The Town of Mount Carmel reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informality. The Town of Mount Carmel is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
