Renovation of a water / sewer project in Quincy, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of 7/31/25 bid documents are only available for Sub-bidding. The work includes, but is not limited to: replacement of fire pump #3 and its associated fire pump controller and appurtenances at the Nut Island Headworks Facility in Quincy, MA. Under this project the Contractor will furnish, install, connect, and test a new fire pump and the associated fire pump controller. Each General Bid must be accompanied by a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) showing that the bidder has the classification and capacity rating to perform the Work and an Update Statement. In order to be eligible to bid, a General Bidder must be certified in either of the following categories of work: GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PUMPING STATIONS Each Filed Sub-Bid must be accompanied by a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by DCAMM showing that the Sub-Bidder has been certified to participate on public construction projects and perform the class of work for which the Sub-Bid is submitted. Each Filed Sub-Bid must also be accompanied with an Update Statement. This contract is subject to a N/A% MBE and a N/A% WBE participation requirement.
