Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Notre-Dame-du-Laus, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
Redevelopment of the Notre-Dame-du-Laus church to transform it in a collective, inclusive and multi-generational space. TIMELINE: Contract for architectural services has been awarded following request for proposals 2025-07-21 ÉTUDES; reference # 20085326. Design team is to complete preliminary studies, conceptual design, preliminary plans and working drawings preparation and construction work monitoring. Tender and construction schedules will be finalized once funding becomes available. Further update in fall/winter, 2026.
