Reference Number 0000393490 The City of Southfield is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the removal and replacement of approximately 6,913 linear feet of existing fences along various major roads in the City, the installation of new fences, and the maintenance of existing fences and masonry columns. The selected contractor will enter a three-year contract with the City and may be required to furnish performance bonds, payment bonds, and insurance in accordance with the contract requirements. The new material should be vinyl and clay in color. 2.3 Provide maintenance of fences on an as-needed basis for the duration of the contract, including removal and replacement or repair of damaged sections of fence, painting, cleaning, and any other maintenance required due to recommended maintenance best practices or events such as severe weather or vehicle crashes.
