Reference Number 0000393449 The Project consists of the alteration of City Pavilion space for new Community Area. The scope of work will supplement additional furniture that will be procured by the City. The Construction will consist of the following components and as detailed on the drawings:. 1. Gypsum board partition furr out walls over existing conditions. 2. Interior finishes - painting, rubber base, and acoustical tiles. 3. Electrical work includes new power distribution and lighting and controls. 4. Plumbing work to provide a 1/2" CW pipe to connect to existing domestic water located above ceiling in women's restroom below project. Provide shut off valve and connections to two separate coffee makers (Coffee Makers to be provided by Owner). Piping to be copper tube, ASTM B88, and Solder-Joint Fittings ASME B16.18, pressure fittings. Pipe penetrations through floor to be sealed with firestop sealant. 5. Core through existing concrete slab for penetration. Existing terrazzo floor and concrete slab thickness is not known, but can assume total slab thickness is 9"-12". Care to be taken with terrazzo finished floor. 6. Installation of window film over existing glass.
