AHA also owns a 48-unit Senior Tax Credit property in conjunction with a developing partner that administers 19 Project Based Vouchers (PBV's) and 3 market rate units within the 48 units. B. IFB Objective(s) (1) Objective of this Solicitation: The Abilene Housing Authority is seeking bids for complete vacant unit painting at each AHA community. This IFB outlines the requirements for qualified vendors for vacant unit painting as part of the make-ready process, as applicable. (2) Qualifications: Bidders must demonstrate experience in the skill and trade, as applicable for performing painting services on time, on budget, and have proper references from current and/or previous clients and possess the necessary local and Texas certifications and licenses. (3) Goal: AHA intends to award contracts to multiple contractors to ensure painting in vacant units that are being turned around for make-ready completion. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
