Pre-Qualification: Yes The State of Minnesota, through its Minnesota Zoological Board, is requesting qualifications proposals to evaluate and select a Construction Manager at Risk to provide services for preconstruction (design phase) and construction of the Minnesota Wildlife Hospital and Wellness Center Design and Construction Project at the Minnesota Zoo. Deadline for RFQ Questions 1:00 PM, Central Time, August 6, 2025 Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, Veteran Owned Small Business (TG/ED/VO) Preference. Unless a greater preference is applicable and allowed by law, in accordance with Minn. Stat. 16C.16, Subds. 6 and 7, eligible certified targeted group (TG) businesses, economically disadvantaged (ED) businesses, and veteran owned (VO) businesses will receive a 12% preference in the evaluation of their response.
