The Titusville Cocoa Airport Authority is seeking SEALED bids for the replacement of approximately 15,100 SF of existing damaged Single Ply Synthetic (TPO) roofing. The project also includes replacing ISO board, curbs and flashing required for roof top penetrations, lightning protection, along with the replacement of 2 roof top HVAC units and their respective controllers. There are 3 schedules of values for this project, and it is the intent of the Airport Authority to award all 3 schedules at one time to one contractor. Schedule A: Improvements to the Administration Building (newer section) will include replacement of about 11,000 SF of existing damaged roofing with new Single Ply Synthetic Roofing material (TPO) and ISO board, replacement of curbs and flashing required for roof top penetrations. The roof base under existing ISO board on this section of building is metal. The contractor is responsible for designing roof pitch. Schedule B: Improvements to the Administration Building (older section) will include the replacement of about 4,100 SF of existing damaged roofing with new Single Ply Synthetic Roofing material (TPO) and ISO board, replacement of curbs and flashing required for roof top penetrations. The roof base under the existing ISO board on this section of building is concrete. The contractor is responsible for designing roof pitch.
