Work shall include all new and remodeled work called for in the Work Write-Up (Attachment A) and plans. This booklet provides specifications describing the scope of work, extent and quality of materials and labor. Rehabilitation work being performed in any area contained in this booklet, these specifications, but not limited to, shall be binding and strictly adhered to. In cases of conflict between the Florida Building Code- Existing Buildings, National Electric Code, and these specifications; the adopted State Code will apply. 1.1. The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and displaying at the job site all required permits, Work Write-Ups, Change Orders (where applicable), Notice of Commencement; as required by the City and Building Department. 1.2. The contractor shall use the site and its facilities only for the construction called for in the Work Write-Up. The electrical, sanitary waste, water, and gas systems shall be used only for construction purposes and during the construction contract phase only. It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure that the documents are uploaded completely and in the proper format. Any response that does not include the completed bid package uploaded will be deemed nonresponsive and rejected. The Neighborhood Services Department, on behalf of the property owner, is seeking a licensed certified general, building, or residential contractor to perform various repairs to the owner-occupied single-family home per the work write up specifications included in the bid package. All prospective bidders must be approved to work in the Neighborhood Services Housing Repair Program through an application process. Contractor application must be submitted with bid if contractor is currently not registered with the program. Bidder must submit list of subcontractors with bid submittal.
