The Rural Municipality of Mount Hope No. 279 (RM 279) will be accepting quotations for the supply of galvanized culverts and couplers with the basic size requirements provided below and subject to the conditions and waivers noted o Supply of new culverts to be FOB Raymore, SK. o Delivery on or before September 15th, 2025, would be preferred o One truckload of assorted: o 500mm culverts including sizes 5m and 6m o 800mm culverts including sizes 4m, 5m, and 6m o Couplers shall be 2 ft (24") in length and be connected by bolts o Culvert nuts & bolts included o Standard gauge o Supplier shall indicate thickness of culvert/coupler materials within their quotation o Quotations shall have all taxes included This RFQ is subject to the following conditions and waivers: o RM 279 reserves the right to accept or reject any and all quotations submitted should the quotations not meet the requirement of the municipality. RM 279 further reserves the right to choose a supplier of its choice regardless of price, and to provide preference toward a supplier with which RM 279 has had success in the past, or is familiar with. o RM 279 shall examine the quotations, options, and the pricing submitted pursuant to the terms of this RFQ under the strict assumption that the submissions are the "best and final" quotations, options and pricing. Further requests for quotations, options and pricing requested from beyond the original submitted by suppliers would only be made by RM 279 for reasons of clarification or as a request for options or pricing not submitted by suppliers. o Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
