Coordinate Progress Schedule and coordinate with Owner Occupancy during construction. A maximum of two elevators are to be inoperable at any one time in construction over Occupied hours. All other required Impairment of more than two elevators Is to be scheduled outside of work hours (6pm-6am) or approved by BGIS. Required stages: Remove and rectify elevator group 1 and group 2 deficiencies for Passenger Elevator #1. Test all components, verify and certify on Passenger Elevator #1. Remove and rectify elevator group 1 and group 2 deficiencies for Passenger Elevator #2. Test all components, verify and certify on Passenger Elevator #2. Remove and rectify elevator group 1 and group 2 deficiencies for Passenger Elevator #3. Test all components, verify and certify on Passenger Elevator #3. Remove and rectify elevator group 1 and group 2 deficiencies for Passenger Elevator #4. Test all components, verify and certify on Passenger Elevator #4. Remove and rectify elevator group 1 and group 2 deficiencies for Freight Elevator #1. Test all components, verify and certify on Freight Elevator #1. Construct Work In stages to provide for continuous public usage. Do not close off public usage of facilities until use of one stage of Work will provide alternate usage. Maintain fire access/control. Protect workers and public safety. Ensure traffic access/egress is maintained at all times during project. Contractor to take care to avoid damages to existing building during construction.
