Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Victoria, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Fully signalized intersection and associated improvements at the Veterans Memorial Parkway (VMP) and Cairndale Road intersection. The intersection is currently unsignalized, with stop control on the Cairndale Road approaches and an existing pedestrian-activated crossing with overhead flashers on the north leg. It is an important east-west route for families walking to/from school. It experiences significant delays during AM and PM peak periods, with added delay and queuing anticipated as growth occurs, primarily to the south. TIMELINE: Request for proposal seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide engineering design services for the detailed design, has been issued by the owner. Further update in late fall 2025, upon award.
