Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sechelt, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project involves the replacement of sidewalks, curbing, and letdown in multiple locations in the District. Service required includes the removal and replacement of damaged concrete sidewalk, letdowns and curbing, as well as necessary supplementary services required for sidewalk replacement (e.g. organics removal underneath the sidewalk). The service required generally includes but is not limited to: Removal of 36 cubic meters of concrete sidewalk, curbing and road base in total Installation of 130 square meters of concrete sidewalk and road base in total Installation of 38 meters of concrete curbing and road base in total Removal of 12 cubic meters of organic materials underneath the sidewalk in total General Requirements Mobilization, traffic management (if needed), installation, site cleanup and demobilization are the sole responsibility of the proponent All work to comply with MMCD standards and other applicable drawings provided The unit rate provided should include incidental cost Pretender meeting upon request This sidewalk replacement project will focus on sidewalks at the following locations in the district: Teredo Street (Highway 101) and Trail Avenue Intersection in downtown Sechelt Homestead Avenue (between Cascade Cres) and Cook Pl in West Sechelt area Documents can be obtained from https://sechelt.bidsandtenders.ca/ Award amount was not released for publication.
