Following: 1) 9,500 Tons Various types of Crushed aggregate and stone, FOB. plant or delivered to the municipal building 2) 100 Tons #3 Rip Rap, FOB plant or delivered to the municipal building 3) 100 Tons #4 Rip Rap, FOB plant or delivered to the municipal building 4) 100 Tons #5 Rip Rap, delivered to the municipal building 5) 200 Tons Superpave patching material 19 mm, F.O.B. Plant 6) 500 Tons Superpave patching material 9.5 mm, F.O.B. Plant 7) 100 Tons Pre-mixed patching material 8) 10,000 Gallons Gasoline, delivered as needed 9) 10,000 Gallons Diesel Fuel, delivered as needed Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
