All contractors and sub-contractors working on this project will be required to comply with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act No. 222, PA, Steel Products Procurement Act, Trade Practices Act, Americans with Disabilities Act and must meet guidelines and practices established by the Redevelopment Authority and City Mission and all other appropriate regulations including: 1) Executive Order 11246, 2) Section 3 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1968, as amended.
