All improvements noted, for PHASE 1 only, as identified on the attached construction plans, and consisting of 38 pages prepared by Andresen Architecture Inc. (''Construction Plans''). Improvements include the construction/installation of first floor restrooms, interior stairs, fire sprinklers, second floor framing, elevator and framing up to existing ceiling sheathing. Contractor shall be responsible for all improvements specifically identified on or implied by Construction Plans for PHASE 1, unless specifically noted on the Construction Plans to be performed by others. Refer to attachments for information on the specifications required to be met.
