The Towns of Almena/clinton Board Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Proposals or to Waive Any Irregularities in Any Proposal or to Accept Any Proposal of Parts of Various Proposals, Which, in Their Opinion, is the Most Advantageous to the Towns of Almena/clinton
