In General the Project Consists of Constructing an Approximately 500 Lineal Feet of Municipal Roadway, With Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Storm Sewer Utilities. The Project Will Include, but Not Limited to: Site Preparation; General Excavation; Subbase and Base Courses; Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement; Concrete Curb and Gutter; Restoration; and Associated Work. Question Deadline 09/05/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Qualifications Bidders Shall Submit a Statement of Bidder's Qualifications to the Owner With Their Bid. Rights Reserved Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Informalities in Any Bid. Neither Owner Nor Engineer Will Be Responsible for Bidding Documents, Full or Partial, Including Addenda if Any, Obtained From Sources Other Than as Stated Above. Documents Will Be Available on or Before August 27
