IMPORTANT NOTICES Attention: The Corporation has revised its contractual documents in order to comply with the amendments made to the Regulation respecting construction contracts of public bodies, which came into force on March 20, 2025. We invite you to carefully read all the contractual documentation to take note of the changes made. The Company has undertaken initiatives for its digital transformation and, therefore, strongly recommends that bidders submit their bids electronically via the SEAO. Authorization to contract/Revenu Quebec certification It is strongly suggested that tenderers apply as soon as possible, in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents, for their Revenu Quebec attestation and, where applicable, their application for authorisation to contract from the Autorite des marches publics, in order to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline date and time indicated in the Instructions to Tenderers and/or in the Additional Instructions. All subcontractors subject to the Bureau des soumissions deposees du Quebec (BSDQ) must, when submitting their electronic submission to the BSDQ, indicate the Company as the "Recipient" using the "Bidder" menu of the electronic submission system (TES). DURATION OF THE WORK The work required under this tender must be completely completed within 35 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave days (ex: construction vacations) and the deadlines required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date provided for in the contract or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company. All bidders must note that if they refuse to proceed with their bid, the Company may reject any bid submitted by this bidder to the Company during the next two years.
