This project will construct a new two-level parking structure over existing Parking Lots P23 and P24 in the northwest quadrant of the campus and will provide approximately 1,403 additional parking spaces. Proceeding with this project is dependent upon a transportation demand management plan, an alternative transportation analysis, a viable financial plan, and qualification for placement in the Systemwide Revenue Bond Program. As of May 15, 2026, The project is include in the California State University System's 2026-2031 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed.
