A timeline for construction has not yet been established.** The construction budget for the initial scope of work is approximately $ 22,157,327. The following summarizes the scope of work for the projects included in this RFP as per the Rogers Independent School District and subsequent programming meetings with District personnel. This summary is not all inclusive of the project requirements that may be required by the District at a later date. Rogers High School Renovation Replace Technology building including 6-8 Teaching spaces, Band hall & Support, Flexible learning spaces, Small group rooms, Support spaces and Band, CTE, Theater, and Athletic equipment improvements. Anticipated 11 months construction duration with expected completion by December 2026. Rogers Middle School Renovation New secured vestibule & entry renovation and Admin renovations & restroom with expected completion by December 2026. Rogers Elementary School Renovation Replace of HVAC units and replace of existing roof, with estimated completion by October 2026. District Wide Support Services Scope District wide improvements include Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon, Practice field grading & sod, Baseball irrigation repairs, Baseball, Softball, Practice field lighting, Site drainage & grading, Improved site circulation & Parking across MS/HS sites, and Security Systems, Bells, Intercom installation and technology upgrades. Estimated completion February 2027. Rogers Stadium Renovation Lighting Stadium, Recrown and Resod Stadium Field and Resurface track. Estimated completion September 2026
