Site work and paving for a civil project in Rogers, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel; and one-story above grade road / highway.

The scope of this project includes storm and road improvements to remove and replace existing 2-60" cross road CMP culverts with 3-42" RCP culverts and roadway repair on Reeds Lake Road at the site of a roadway washout from heavy floods. Roadway reconstruction includes the option to replace the roadway in kind with reclaimed pavement supplemented by additional base or with flexible pavement and base. Culvert construction includes outlet and channel protection. Existing roadway is closed to traffic at location of roadway washout. Construction can maintain closed roadway through construction. The deadline to ask questions is 10/20/2025 10:00 AM CST Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request for such information to Engineer not less than 7 calendar days before the Bid opening.
