Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Saugerties, New York. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of October 3, 2025, bids received were rejected . No definite date for the rebid. The project generally consists of the following: Construction of a 64' x 22.5' one story block building for public bathrooms on the first floor and possible team locker room on the second floor. Work will also involve under slab building utilities such as plumbing, electrical, water and sewer services. Neither the owner nor the Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including any addenda, obtained from other sources. The project is Tax exempt, and State Prevailing Wage rates are required for this project. A 100% Payment and 100% Performance Bond will be required of the successful bidder. The Town of Saugerties reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities for any Bid, and to accept any Bid which is in the best interest of the Town of Saugerties
