Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rochester, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Work for this Project includes repairs to two bridges in the City of Rochester, NH. Little Falls Bridge Road over Cocheco River work consists of bridge deck repairs, installation of a new barrier membrane, hot bituminous pavement, replacement of the expansion joint, resetting granite curb, and approach guardrail replacement. Pickering Road over Cocheco River work consists of bridge deck repairs, installation of a new barrier membrane, hot bituminous pavement, replacement of the expansion joint, new concrete sidewalks, minor repairs to the bridge rail and bearings, removal of tree in the waterway, and milling and paving the approaches. The Bid also includes Add Alternate work for repairs of the Portland Street Bridge over Willow (Wardley Brook) consisting of concrete repairs to the headwall and interior culvert walls/top slab, barrier membrane installation, installation of channel protection at the ends of the culvert, guardrail replacement, storm drainage repair, sidewalk reconstruction, and roadway reconstruction. Bidders shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to the Engineer in writing no less than seven (7) business days prior to bid opening.
