A. Removal of existing suction lift pump station fiberglass housing; pumps; suction piping; vent pipe; abandonment of existing force main in place; fencing and concrete fence supports; trees; manhole cover; standby generator; electrical panel; and other electrical components. B. Bypass pumping, site work and grading, geotechnical ground improvement, concrete foundation and supports, paving and landscaping. C. Installation of submersible pumps; wet well access hatch; piping and appurtenances; pipe supports; force main piping; standby generator; pump station building; reinforced concrete pads; concrete landing with stairway; safety bollards; davit bases; new manhole cover; electrical and controls. D. Pump station shall be a wood structure with above ground stairway entry to an underground station which will contain the pumps, motors with associated piping. First floor shall contain variable frequency drives, control panel, and a permanent generator. Existing concrete wetwell below the pump station will be rehabilitated. E. Repair, modification and coating of concrete wetwell.
